Remember Canvas by Jacqueline Moore

Hi everyone!!! I'm here today to share with you a canvas I made using some stunning 13 Arts mediums, Paints, Mists and Inks. It was inspired by a card I made a few months back that my Mom really liked, so I decided to create something similar on a canvas as a gift for her.

'Remember'

Using a palette knife I have spread modelling paste all over the canvas, including the sides, using the knife to create bumps and ridges all over. I really love how it cracked in some of the thicker areas when dry. I have then proceeded to use various paints, mists, and black ink to add color lengthways down the canvas, highlighting all the cracks and bumps.

Some close-ups:

I have mixed some small glass beads, and slightly larger plastic beads with some gesso, then using a paint brush added them to my canvas to create a kind of frame, which I have placed most of my embellishments in or around.

When that had dried I added a couple of chipboard frames, some flowers and metal pieces, then I sprayed everything with Ayeeda Mists in Pastel Black and Pearl Gold.

Here you can see some of the beautiful cracks in the modelling paste into which the Ayeeda Ink in Black has seeped.

My flowers have all been randomly painted with Ayeeda Gesso, Pearl Gold paint, and Gold Glitter Paint.

To finish I added some black and white splatters of mist and a few little resin roses.

I hope you like what I have created and that you found something here to inspire you!!!
Thank you for stopping by!!
