Recyclingowy albumik

Witajcie !!!

Kochani dziś chcę Wam pokazać mini albumik,
który zrobiłam z upaćkanych mediami papierów 30x30.

Na nich właśnie testowałam Ayeedowe specyfiki bawiąc się przy tym świetnie.
Żal było wyrzucać, bo na niektórych aż było grubo od gessa i pasty strukturalnej,
nie wspomnę o mgiełkach, które psikałam bez opamiętania.
Strasznie podobało mi się  obserwowanie  jak zachowują się media na papierze i mgiełki na danym podłożu.
Jeśli jeszcze ktoś nie próbował, to zachęcam. Bardzo  relaksujące zajęcie.

Dodam jeszcze, że dużo było tego próbowania i mediowania, więc powstał jeszcze jeden albumik, ale o nim przy innej okazji :)

Hi everyone!

Kelly here, sharing a layout created using the All Is Love collection, and some of the wonderful new 13Arts mediums...

"Happiness Is You."

 The background was created using a stencil, first with the Ayeeda Modeling Paste, then sprayed over using the Ayeeda Mist in Pearl Sky Blue and Pearl Bordeaux. I then used the gesso, which has an amazingly thick texture, applied with a palette knife. I applied more of the mists, sprayed first onto a sponge, then dabbed here and there. All of the mediums I used on this page are 13Arts aside from a black journaling pen.

 I did a bit of painting with the Violet water based ink, after adding just a drop of it to a bit of water. I have a feeling I will be having lots of fun with these inks, a new product for me and the ideas are really flying!

I kept it pretty simple and embellished with a few of the paper roses and some  metal corner pieces.

"12 Years Ago"

We recently celebrated my son's 12th Birthday. I wanted to make a layout with this really cute photo to commemorate the occasion. I wanted the layout to have some boyish elements along with my usual style flowery style.

I gave the 13 Arts background paper a light wash with some Pearl Orange and Pearl brown Spray. I mixed the ink with water on my mat and then using a wipe, I spread it across the page. I really wanted to match the background to the embellishments.

Then I spread some 13 Arts gesso with a credit card in the background behind the photo and behind the number 12. I sprayed them with both 13 Arts Pearl Orange and Pearl Brown again to match the page.

I used some different sized numbers around the photo. I covered them with 13 Arts Gesso and then sprayed them with 13 Arts Pearl Orange and Pearl brown again.

Finally I made some circles using the 13 Arts black ink and I used lots of embellishments to decorate around the photo including these beautiful 13 arts flowers.

Witajcie. Oprócz glossy accents, rzadko korzystam z dostępnych na rynku mediów. Jednak ostatnio eksperymentowałam nieco z produktami 13arts i w ten oto sposób powstał bordowo-oliwkowy tag ozdobiony materiałowym kwiatem i całym mnóstwem liści z wykrojników. Miało być jasno i pastelowo, lecz efekt końcowy, jak widać na załączonych zdjęciach, okazał się daleko odległy od pierwotnie zamierzonego. Tag jest efektem smarowania papieru pastą strukturalną, głaskania grzebieniem, psikania mgiełkami, tuszowania, stemplowania, malowania farbami akrylowymi oraz traktowania całości medium żelowym.

Altered art, czyli pudełko po serku

Witam serdecznie!

Chciałam dzisiaj pokazać przerobione przeze mnie pudełeczko po dość popularnym serku :) Naprawdę niewiele potrzeba, żeby diametralnie zmieniło wygląd!

To "niewiele" to w tym przypadku dokładnie pasta modelująca oraz fioletowa mgiełka.

Dzięki paście można osiągnąć bardzo ciekawą strukturę - tutaj nakładałam ją przez siatkę murarską :)

Dzięki mgiełce z kolei otrzymujemy świetliste refleksy, no i piękny kolor!

 Do ozdoby nie mogło zabraknąć również różnego rodzaju kwiatków i innych dodatków :)

Dzisiejsza moja inspiracja to LO z jednym z moich ulubionych zdjęć .

Nietypowe ciemne tło, do którego wykonania użyłam Zimnej Ściany, pięknie wydobyło pastelowe kolory. Do tego kawałek delikatnych Zimowych Cegieł dla kontrastu.

 

 Odrobina gesso dla wydobycia embossowanych stempli oraz wycięty element ze Znalezione Na Niebie, girlanda i gotowe.

 

mam nadzieję ,że chociaż troszkę Was zainspirowałam..

Wiosenny bukiet

Witajcie!

 Na dzisiejszą inspirację przygotowałam wiosenną kartkę, z równie wiosennym pastelowym bukietem.  

   

Przy tworzeniu pracy korzystałam z kolekcji papierów ALL IS LOVE - moich ulubionych: Follow your heart oraz Forever. 

  

W wiosennym bukiecie znalazły się m.in. papierowe różyczki i ozdobne gałązki.

Today I want to show you 2 new layouts.

"Magical"

For this layout I have used the cool paper "Forever - Forever"
So beautiful. I really love this paper.

Look at this!! So great!! 

I have used Pearl Mist - Brown and Pearl Mist - Orange.

I also make my own brown mist with water and Water Ink Brown.

I used a mask and modeling paste to make the circles.

"Sentimental"

My second layout is made with this lovely papers.

I have used Water Ink - Bordeaux and Pearl Mist - Brown to make this.

Its Nadia Cannizzo here with you today, sharing a layout I created with the beautiful All Is Love collection AND all the stunning mediums that Ayeeda has just released!

Due to the beautiful products that I received in my DT box, I was REALLY inspired to create something ... arty? I am not sure what it is called, but it sure is very different to my usual soft and romantic style. LOL!  I was just excited to use all the mediums and put to good use all the inspiration I had gathered from all sorts of places and stored in my head to "create with one day!".  Ayeeda's mediums are so easy to use, and it was really easy for someone with my style to create with.

Here is a quick image to show you where I used all these gorgeous 13arts mediums and papers..

And some close ups..

I started by cutting the green paper a little shorter than the the grey paper and punched its edges in random places with whatever border punches were nearby! 

Then, for my background, I mixed Ayeeda Gesso and Ayeeda Modelling Paste and created a design using the mask. 

Once that dried, I placed mesh tape (which is sticky) over it and diluted some of the gesso and gave it a coat.

I then went over the whole background with Ayeeda Medium Gel.

  

I then used the journal stamp with black Archival ink (it needs to be archival or it will run!) and stamped the image in random places again.

In the image above, you can also see I used some cut offs from my border punches. 

This layout is based on this quote, which describes my personal journey in the last 18 months. I was dealt some hard times about 18 months ago and decided to stay away and be my self for a while. I realise now, as I look back over these months that I found out the truth about many people I thought were "friends" or "nice" or whatever! I would not have been able to do that and get in touch with my soul had I not gone through that awful experience and ... it was kind of like a blessing. 

Just above you can see the Ayeeda Ink in black, which I dropped and sprinkled on random places. You can also see the green Ayeeda Mist above, which I diluted with white mist. 

I then went over everything with the Ayeeda Medium Gel to seal it off and bind it all together. 

And as an extra tip, the circles you can see above are created with an empty tube of paper roll which I dipped into black archival ink and again, I placed roughly over all the background. 

So I hope I have inspired you to try some new things today!
