Winter wonderland

I was mesmerized by the latest Dreamland collection! 

I can see the glittering snowy scenery, the happy faces of the children sledding down the hill.

I can hear the footsteps of forest animal lurking nearby.

It was a wonderful day

Hello, 

I captured the memory of a beautiful day in my inspiration today. 

You can get a ready made base, but I decided to make my own this time. 

The best is to combine our red accessories with some of these wonderful poppies from the Unforgettable collection. 

I used the back of the base as well so  we can place more photos in there. This is where the comments will be displayed too.

Remember the good things

Remember the good things

Hi Friends!

 I was born in May so at such times I run back a little over the last years. When I look at this picture I see in my eyes the determination what I missing now. In that time I felt good in my own skin and I need to remember  myself. The weekdays are hard but it is worthy to see the good things.

At first came the ground coat the clear gesso and than I used stencils, stamps and rainbow colors to work up the background. I painted the chipboards with a vintage vivid paints.

The ordering is ready. The ornamentaly elements can come.

The cuts are also from Art Journey papercollection wich I cutted with Sizzix.

I really like the paper flower so I glued a lot of wonderful pieces of them

In the next step came the butterflies and flowers from Vintage Summer A4 paper,
Violete Glitter and 3D balls.

Next I applied Mica flakes.

More metall elements and pearls. Never enough!

Love is in the air

Spring arrived and my heart is full of love.
One year ago I was waiting for the birth of our little girl and now I am already excited about our wedding due in a year time. When I am thinking about these amazing things I am walking on air! After the white gesso laying I put on the templates using the stencil and then painting can start.

I was layering with white Sizzix cutouts to adjust to the pastel colors of the paper set.
Then ornaments were to follow and we were right flying to the sky…
