"Hi, I’m Bec. I'm originally from New Zealand but I now live in Brisbane Australia with my Husband and Daughter. During the week I work as a Chemist and every other spare minute I spend in my craft space.
I started scrapbooking after my Daughter was born in 2006 and I have just become more obsessed every year. In the last couple of years I have found mixed media scrapbooking and that has become my new passion. I also love to make altered art creations, canvases and card/tags. My scrap style is girly, I have to add flowers and pearls to everything
I’m very grateful to be on some wonderful design teams and get to spend my weekend doing what I love. Getting the opportunity to be on the 13 Arts guest design team is amazing."
Remember Layout - December 2015
I started this layout using the Holly Stencil with modelling paste, then I added colour to my layout with mists in Pastel Mint, Chalk Dark Brown and Chalk Burnt Sienna.
I cut some pieces of paper from the Winter Tales Collection and layered them under my photo. I also cut two tags from the Christmas Tags paper and put them behind my photo.
I layered on lots of flowers, leaves and chipboard, The Remember chipboard word is coloured with the Slash ink in Glitter Green. To finish off I splashed some Glitter Green Splash ink on the page and added some glitter and Mica flakes.

"My name is Tatiana Yemelyanenko, I'm from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. I worked at the University but now I'm a stay-at-home mom to one little girl. I fell in love with scrapbooking and mixed media in the end of 2011. I love that scrapbooking helps me to capture the moments of my life and brings creativity in ordinary days. I like to experiment with different styles and techniques and use chipboard, mists, paints, texture pastes and stencils in my projects. Also I love paper. Very often it's my source of inspiration. I think that my style is feminine light mixed media.
I decided to crete romanic LO using paper from Secret letters collection and chose photo made one sunny winter day.
I used pink and silver colors for adding romantic mood to my project. I started for preparing paper with Gel medium, then added color using mists.
On the next step I used modeling paste with stencil and add dimension to my layout using glitter, microspheres, mica flakes and paint. Hope you enjoy my project!
