Hello fans of 13@rts !! 
Here is my first creation as a Desiger for 13@rts. 
I am very happy to find myself in a large team of super talented girls.

 I am going to share my creation with you. I was inspired 

by this color combo.

I started by applying a layer of gesso. Later I used different acrylic paints applied with a spatula. I put the modeling paste over the painting, always with a spatula. Then I used my chipboards as a stamp on the wet paste to give texture to my background. I used the brayers for uniform pressure.

I used my chipboard as an ornament, which I previously covered with gesso. Then acrylic paint and mist pearl clear at the end. I tored it into three or four pieces. The same proceeding with the flower. A seam in the contours of the page and a few droplets finishing touch.

Hi everybody !

I'm so happy to be here with you for the first time !

 Today, I would like to create an art-journal page. SO easy with 13@rts supplies !!

At first, I recovered my pages with printed tissue paper and gel medium. Once dry, a thin layer of gesso.

 I used a thick layer of gesso and a mask on the edges. I colored my background with 2 tones of blue mists.

I applied gold SPLASH ink with a sponge to bring depth.

LO {+video} and altered project with Terhi

Hello everyone!

It's Terhi here today with a layout and a process video, and I also have an altered mirror project to show you. 

For the layout I had some delicious 13arts stickers laying around and I wondered what to do with them. Obviously I could have used them for titles or as sentiments on cards.. but then I got an idea of a background made of slices of stickers!

Technique was super easy but it made a lovely texture on the background.

As the picture is very tender, me hugging my lovely hairy friend, I thought some swirly die-cuts made of 13arts papers made the romantic and fun feeling perfectly.

To complete the layout, I used the stickers as a title, too.

Here is my other project. It's an altered mirror I did in a class I taught few weeks ago.

I wanted to teach some versatile mixed media techniques that could be used in several project. Making a waterproof surface out of gesso, using left over papers to create a texture, and of course simple tricks of how to use our 13arts products on a project - such as fine grained grits and mica flakes!

Saying goodbye and thank You to our DT members July 2014/April2015

Today's post is all about big  acknowledgements  to all these amazing designers and guest designers who cooperated with us for the last 9 months. You were all amazing and created so many wonderful projects that made our hearts beat faster. Thank You!

Farewells are always sad, but be sure I will still admire these girls, think of them warmly and keep my fingers crossed for them :) I want to thank :
