The small triangular book - tuto by Maria Potapovich (mellpellmell)

Hi)) It's time to have fun with the 13@rts!
Here is the 13@rts' big fan, mellpellmell, today)))

And... we will make a small triangular book.
It can be the basis for a mini-album or a small artbook - as you want.
Let's start!

We need to take a strip of paper, which length is bigger 4 times than its width.
Fold the sheet of paper in an eight-panel accordion.

Take one folded corner and fold it so that it meets with gutter of the panel.
Repeat with the opposite side, creating a triangular shape.

Open the panel and turn the triangular folds so that they pushed forward on the opposite side.

Repeat this with the other panels. You will receive a folded triangle with angles of 45, 45 and 90 degrees.

Cut the two triangles of cardboard for the cover.

Freely apply modeling paste with a spatula.

Add dark spray on the surface, and when it dries, apply a contrasting color to the texture space.

Stick the cover to the triangular block using gel medium. Do not forget to glue between the cover and the "book" a small piece of ribbon!

Voilá - our base for the mini-album or a small art-book is ready!
Here are some photos:

I hope you like this idea))
I think it is very cute and comfortable in creating!
