"Together" by Kareen Dion

Hello all!!!

Hope you are doing great! So, it's my turn to present you my creation!

I did a simple layout and I used the Ayeeda Powder with the acrylic medium.

I really love the acrylic medium because of the texture it gives.

I have a video of my layout, but first, here is my creation :

'Girl in Pink' by Lisa Griffith

Hello 13 arts friends! As you saw just a few days ago on this blog we had a

wonderful challenge in honour of Children's Day in Poland where we posted

photos of all the designers way back when we were young and the task was to

correctly name each designer.

It turned out a lot trickier than we all thought to guess who was who :)

I gave a photograph of me when I was little that I had never seen before my mum

brought me a copy the last time she visited. I wanted to make a very girly page

with pink and gold using this photo, and so here it is!

'Girl in Pink'

Do you recognize this older paper collection designed by Aida? It's called

'Secret Letters' and it was just perfect for my girly page. I used several of the

papers to create some layers and then lots of gesso and inks on my background.

I used some Splash Ink in 'Gold Glitter' on all the chipboards, and it really

sparkles! Sometimes glitter doesn't really show up very well, but our Glitter Ink

really gives such a pretty shimmer.

Hello 13 arts friends, Lisa here to share a tag and a layout with you today.

'Fly with me'

I started with a beautiful paper called 'Christmas Eve' from the Cozy Evening collection.

From there I used a few stencils with 13 arts modeling paste to create some texture and then I added

some pink 13 arts 'splash' ink.

My second project is a tag I created using lots of 13 arts mediums.

'Be creative'

I started by spreading some 13 arts black gesso all over my tag,

and then covered some of it in white gesso, and then used a cool 13 arts stencil

over that in black again to add some artsy words.

I love playing with the Rainbow Duo watercolors...so fun to see how they change

color. Here I used the color 'Lilac' and a little bit of 'Yellow Amber' mist.

I cut out some butterflies and roses from the paper called 'United Forever'

from the His & Hers collection and glued them underneath my flowers.

My last step once all my elements were glued down was to add some glass & silver microspheres

and a little white glitter using gel medium to add some sparkle.
