I just felt the need to create something for my house (finally;), I wanted to have a canvas matching my hall. So I created textured, multilayered painting, using mostly palette knife techniques. The painting is already hanging on the wall. I love to experiment and try new techniques and I am very happy with the result, do you like it too? :)
13 arts mediums are simply the best, they are thick, highly pigmented and not overpriced. You can mix paints with gel medium to increase density and improve the effect of impasto painting, but I just uede them as they are. Just many layers.
Poczułam potrzebę stworzenia czegoś do domu (nareszcie mi się udało;). Wymarzyłam sobie obraz do przedpokoju na płótnie i muszę powiedzieć, że udało mi się stworzyć coś co pasuje i już zdobi ścianę w przeznaczonym miejscu. Obraz to wielowarstwowa kompozycja na płótnie, wykonany przed wszystkim za pomocą szpachelki. Uwielbiam eksperymentować z mediami, próbować nowych technik, mam nadzieję, że rezultat i wam sie spodoba:) Farby 13 arts są po prostu doskonałe do takich technik, są gęste, mocno napigmentowane i nie za drogie. Można je też zmieszać z gel medium dla lepszego efektu techniki impasto, ale ja tu użyłam farb w oryginalnej formie.
