Witajcie! Przychodzę do Was z kolejnym projektem altered art w moim wykonaniu. Obiektem moich eksperymentów stał się telefon - zapomniana, plastikowa zabawka. Postanowiłam dać mu drugie życie i dodać co nieco kolorów.

Altered vinyl "Magical Forest" by Monika
Mam dzisiaj dla Was starego winyla w nowej, mediowej odsłonie z ogromną ilością kwiatów, liści i chrobotka.
Today I have for you an old vinyl in a new, mixed media version with a huge amount of flowers, leaves and a curly moss.
Ponieważ chciałam zachować część płyty w oryginalnym kolorze, nałożyłam białe gesso tylko wokół wewnętrznej krawędzi, środek zostawiłam "czysty". Następnie nałożyłam pastę strukturalną przez wzór z szablonu Berries i pokolorowałam wszystko różnymi kolorami mgiełek.
Because I wanted to keep a part of the vinyl in the original color, I put a white gesso around the inner edge, I left the middle clean. Then I applied the structural paste through the Berries stencil and colored everything with different colors of mists.
W centralnym miejscu nakleiłam motyla w ramce z żywicy. Brokatowe wnętrze ramki to mój ukochany SPLASH! w kolorze Old Gold. Natomiast listki i gałązki pokryłam tym samym tuszem, tylko w kolorze zielonym.
As my focal point I placed a butterfly in a resin frame. The brocade background in the frame was painted with my beloved Old Gold SPLASH!. I covered the leaves and branches with the same ink, only in green color.

Mannequin
Cześć wszystkim,
skończyłem projekt, który miałem w głowie już jakiś czas, a który powstawał już od kilku dni - manekin ubrany w kreację z zębatkami. Zdecydowałem się na efekt lekkiego zardzewienia z odrobiną koloru niebieskiego.
Hello everyone,
I finished project, which I had in my mind from long time and which I've made from few days - mannequin in dress with gear wheel. I decided make a little rusty effect with a little bit blue color.
Rdzę zrobiłem dzięki mieszance multipurpose medium, żwirku barwionego oraz mikrokulek w różnych rozmiarach. Dodałem nieco efektu metalu dzięki shiny powder, a całość wykończyłem farbami z serii Vivid vintage, które są idealne do tego typu prac.
The rusty effect I've made with mix of multipurpose medium, a grey grit and microspheres in different sizes. I added a little bit metallic effect with shiny powders and I finished all with Vivid vintage paints, which are perfect for this kind projects.
Kolor niebieski to użycie farby z serii metallic nałożonej pędzelkiem i rozprowadzonej poprzez spryskanie wodą.
The blue color is from metallic paint, which I added with brush and spayed with water.

'Sweet' LO by Christina
Hello!!!!This is Christina today with you and it's time for my new colourful LO with the beautiful "Strength in Numbers" collection!
First of all I have to say that this time of the year I really need to use more colour on my projects , so I decided to use this colourful collection as my base for my ''Sweet'' LO.
The first step was to prepare my paper... So I stuck some paper together and used some white gesso to thicken my paper.
I really like the combo of these two colours...
I painted some of my chipboards in metallic violet and then I used some liqued medium with some pink velvet shiny powder for extra shiny look. I did the same on some other chippies but using some black gesso and pink silver shiny powder. At the end I added some more glitter on my chipboards with glitter paint.
The final step was just the decoration. I have used a lot of flowers , some ribbon and some lace..
As you can see , I have also added some black gesso here and there with a text mask to have more interest on my page....

Smile and Carry On | Fiona Paltridge
Hello my beautiful 13@rts friends. Fiona here with you today to share a little art journal spread I have created using the electric 13@rts METALLIC! paints.
These gorgeous set of colors were designed by the very talented Olga Heldwein. I love how creamy and smooth they are and a little bit goes a very long way!
The background checkered pattern is from a left over spraying session I had a long time ago. When I use stencils on my layouts, I don't waste anything. I open my art journal and on a fresh page I press down the left over spray.
I decorated the little squares with the METALLIC! paints and used the gesso to transfer some heart shapes onto some black card. I found the METALLIC! Paints also made great splatters!
Once it was dry I used the METALLIC! Paints again to color them. Then I tore them out and stuck them onto the page.
I finished the little page off with a clear gold sticker form the "Out of the Blue" collection.

Tło zrobiłem z pomocą czarnego gesso i przeróżnej wielkości mikrokulek, również pomalowanych czarnym gessem.

Layout "Feel" By Lilibleu

I’s been real difficult for me to choose which of the two new collections I would work with, since I find them both wonderful! I went for Aura Rosa and I worked with colors that I love: turquoise and green.
J’ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à
choisir avec laquelle des deux nouvelles collections j’allais travailler, tellement
je les trouve merveilleuses ! Je suis partie sur Aura Rosa et j’ai travaillé avec des couleurs que j’adore : le
turquoise et le vert.
I started with putting a thin layer of Gesso Clear on my background. I then used some Chalk Turquoise ink spray.
J’ai commencé par passer une
fine couche de Gesso Clear sur mon
fond de page. J’ai ensuite utilisé de l’encre en spray Chalk Turquoise.
J’ai également voulu créer de la
texture sur mon fond. Pour ce faire, j’ai mélangé du Modeling Paste avec des Plastic
Microspheres et j’ai rajouté un peu de peinture Gold Pearl. J’ai ensuite appliqué le tout sur ma page avec le Mask-Stensil Color basic – Triangles.
I also tested on my background the brand new Rainbow Color Duo powders with Turquoise color and I definitely became fan of them!!

My title is coated with Gold Pearl paint then with a layer of Splash gold Glitter.
