    As claimed by Stanford Medical, It is indeed the SINGLE reason women in this country get to live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 19 kilos lighter than we do.

    (Just so you know, it has absoloutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and really, EVERYTHING to do with "how" they eat.)

    BTW, I said "HOW", and not "what"...
