Hi, today we've got a wonderful and very talented girl from Norway as Guest Designer:) Yasmin has stolen my heart with her gorgeous designs with mixed media elements and great embellishments.

Plaese meet

Hi, my name is Yasmin. I'm a Norwegian girl, born in 1980. Mom to two awesome boys, Felix and Collin. I'm happily married to Kristian and together we live in a small mountain village in Kyrksæterøra, Norway with our Rottweiler, Penny.

All of the above is victim of my scrapbook obsession. I currently work for a scrapbook store in Norway, called Bikuben doing postings online.

I see myself as a fun girl with a good sense of humour and creativity. I started scrapbooking in August 2005. I came across this hobby totally by accident when I was at a friend’s house.

I've always loved to cut and paste pictures in albums and doing some type of scrapbooking on a low level.  But it was in 2005 when i really got into it. I'm what you call an all around scrapper. I do everything from cards, mini albums, altered projects and layouts.

I love scrapping pages with paints, mist and getting my hands messy. I don't think I have a definite style, I do everything from vintage, romantic to inky and painted projects.

I'm currently on design teams for a Norwegian designer called Poppy Design, a new American company called Art Anthology and a Swedish Company Called PaperCraft Scandinavia by Inkido.

Czyste szaleństwo

Witajcie!!!

Uwierzycie, że zrobiłam mediowe LO???

Ja sama w  to nie mogę uwierzyć :).

Nie ważne, że mgiełkami zapsikałam wszystko w promieniu metra, że ręce do tej pory szoruję, bo są wypaćkane tuszem, że blat mojego biurka jest teraz w białe łaty od gesso :) 

Najważniejsze, że podczas tworzenia mojej pracy bawiłam się tak dobrze jak przy żadnej innej do tej pory.

To jest magia mediowania. 

Totalny spontan i ciekawość co z tego wszystkiego wyjdzie, bo czasami niezamierzony efekt jest fajniejszy niż to co chciało się zrobić.

Także jeśli chcecie totalnie się wyluzować, łapcie za mgiełki, tusze, gessa, pasty strukturalne, gel medium itp cosie i do dzieła!!!!

W pracy użyłam następujące produkty:

Zestaw "ALL IS LOVE" z naklejkami

Gesso - grunt akrylowy 200ml

Medium żelowe akrylowe

Tusz kreślarski czarny

Mgiełka perłowa - Pink

Tusz wodny - Pink

Mgiełka perłowa - Black (graphite)

Zawieszka liść 2 szt.

Zawieszka pajęczyna 2 szt.

Chryzantemy białe 4 szt.

Lille papierowe - pęczek 6 szt.

Róże średnie papierowe białe

Różyczki papierowe pęczek 10 szt. róż

O proszę jaka ładna lista się zrobiła:) 

Duża powierzchnia pracy - można poszaleć :)

Hello, it's still snowing outside  so why don't we let some sunshine into our houses, thanks to our wonderful guest:) She is a woman of many talents, her works stand out with colors and beautiful details. Bente cretated few stunning pages with both 13 arts paper lines.

Hi my name is Bente Fagerberg, I am Norwegian and I live in a small Swedish village.

I love to scrap and craft and also to spend time outside in my large unruly country garden.

I think I have scrapped for about six years now but have become more serious about it the last couple of years since I have been invited to different design teams. 

I spent quite a few years at University both in Norway and Sweden exploring the world of languages, economics, statistics and art. My very best years I spent as a stay at home mom to my three daughters who are now almost all grown up. We lived in Chile, Mexico and England during these years and got to learn and love a lot about these different countries. Since my children have grown up I no co-own a small business selling fashion accessories to shops and boutiques mostly in Sweden. I love the freedom it allows me.

I am lucky to be on several design teams; 

Les Papiers de Pandore, Papirdesign, Inkido, Paper Issues, Scrap for Help. 

And I am a PaperHaus Magazine contributor.

 Ewa ma problem z internetem i dlatego nie mogła sama tego zrobić.

My name is Evgenia Petzer, i am 28 years old and now we live in South Africa, but i am from Russia initially. We moved to South Africa about 2 years ago and I love it here so much, I have a son, that is 4,5 years old. So my layouts are most about him, while my cards are mainly more feminine. I give card classes in the big local scrapshop. 

Currently I design for:  

   Melissa Frances brand, Bo Bunny, FabScraps, ZVA Creative, Scraps of Elegance kit club, UHK, Galeria Papieru and Inkido

and OUAS blog

Witajcie! Hi there, my name is HEATHER  JACOB.

Firstly I am so honoured to be here as a guest designer .Thanks so much Ayeeda  for inviting me .. I think you have created such amazing papers with a unique feel. I am sure you will go from strength to strength .. .. mwah xo

Now a little about me: I feel blessed that my husband/soulmate Baden is incredibly supportive and interested in my art/hobby and my beautiful family  feature in my works. 

To me this craft is the perfect combination of art, photography, beautiful paper, and glorious words. I especially love to choose some elements, cast a spell and see what happens, to create a dream and follow it through. Subtle shadows, light and color are all ingredients for casting the spell. I am in harmony with my garden and its inhabitants, connecting with the beauty that surrounds me. For me it is all-consuming, inspiring and a natural expression of my inner self, which I love to weave into my works. 

I am inspired by colour and texture … I love to play with stitching, chipboard, journaling, muslin, fabrics, metal elements, inking, masking and texture paste. Getting messy with paint, experimenting and playing with paper ignites my creativity and connects me with my inner child. 

Off the page projects and altered art are a fave of mine. I see my style as “CLASSIC” with attention to detail…I tend to lean toward monochromatic themes with a little shabby chic/grunge thrown in..

W różowe kropki...

Witajcie po raz pierwszy!

W ramach dzisiejszej inspiracji przygotowałam scrapa

na obu kolekcjach 13 @rts.

Ostatnio w sieci znalazłam ten "banerkowy" układ scrapa i to właśnie on zainspirował mnie do działania.

Starałam sie też utrzymać w kolorystyce dominującej na zdjęciu,

czyli mięta-róż-czerń :) 

Użyłam też elementów do wycięcia i nakleiłam je "tu i tam"

Nie mogło zabraknąć też metalowych elementów w postaci skrzydełek

i zamka:

Ale największą nowością (i odkryciem) były dla mnie tusze i mgiełki 13 @rts.

Na co dzień używam farb, ale nie w takiej formie.

Przede wszystkim pokochałam ten różowy tusz, kropki są niemalże "od linijki"!
