Hello 13Arts fans!
Natalya Loi here with you to share my new altered art project - foto frame. I made it as a gift for my beloved husband for our wedding anniversary. He is my destiny! I love him madly!

To create a frame I used a new  13arts  products - stencils, splash with glitter (oh, I love it!!!) and flowers.
