Welcome back here on the blog and Happy New Year to all of you. I'm back today sharing my first 13@rts project for this year. I was inspired by our beautiful new Blue Magnolias Collection and fell in love with the matching A4 papers.
At the start of every year many of us sit down and set some goals. Whilst many don't believe in New Year's resolutions no more, it's good to have a moment to think about your dreams and the things you'd like to achieve. Similarly, it does not necessarily need to be the 1st of January, but what's important is that we make a choice to live life fully everyday. When I did this layout I reminded myself to use my imagination, to embrace every day and to believe that dreams can become a reality by taking simple steps everyday.

As you can see I started by tearing the A4 Postcard paper into an hourglass shape to create the focus of my page.
I then fussy cut some flowers from the A4 Magnolia Butterfly Collage page and wedged in-between my layers of Ecru Roots and beautiful 49 And Market Flowers.
Last but not lease I added some of my favorite 13arts stickers. I just love how easy it is to make a title and add a couple of thoughts just using a few small words.
