In this layout, I wanted to show a beautiful color palette of the collection "Out of the blue", which I supplemented with  Ayeeda Pastel Mist and Ayeeda Paint Matte from 13@rts

Our new Guest Designer- Mireille Binet

Dziś chcielibyśmy przedstawić naszą nową Gościnną Projektantkę- Mireille Binet. Na swoją pierwszą inspirację Mireille przygotowała piękny layout ze zdjęciem swojej córki. 

Today we'd like to introduce our new Guest Designer- Mireille Binet. As her first project, Mireille made a beautiful layout with a picture of her daughter.

Mireille Binet

My name is Mireille, I live in a small town in beautiful Quebec, Canada. I’m a mom of four and I run a daycare during the day. In my free time, I like to create, mostly scrapbooking pages and mixed media projects. I also make jewelry, I knit, sew and crochet, well, you get the idea, I craft whenever I can! I always try to be on the lookout for inspiration, new trends and new techniques to try whether online on by taking classes. When I’m not creating, you can find me walking in the woods or planning my next trip. I’m trilled to be a guest designer for 13@rts and I hope you’ll be inspired by my work.

I made a simple page with the beautiful papers from the Out of the blue, letting myself be inspired by my daughter’s colourful birthday cake.

Dream, Create, Imagine...

Hello everybody,

 It's alby here and today i have a brand new layout for you! 

I'm in a period of love with the pastel colors and i wated to try them in a layout...and what better occasion than my inspiration post for 13@arts?

I've started with a layer of clear gesso on a 13arts paper...then i added some ayeeda paint in different colors...even mixed together!

After that i made my composition with my papers and flowers..

After that i added some more colors on top of the flowers, mixing together light blue and liliac that looks absolutely incredible together !

some die cuts, some paper butterflies, different embellishments from thrift shop and here it is!

I loved this vintgae photo, unfortunatly when i get back from photographer i noticed that it wasn't in a good quality...BUUUUUT i used it anyway, 'cause i'm in love with this little girl!

I love the result, i love this color combo and i think i'll use it more, more and more... it looks magical, bright and soft and the same time!

Goofy faces | Terhi Koskinen

Hey friends, it's Terhi here!

Some loves to smile for the camera, and some are always doing funny faces and goofing around. Guess which one I am? But I'm not alone, my lovely team mate Olga Heldwein is just as silly as I am, and I couldn't resist to scrap this awesome shot from Mixed media pARTy!

There's a thin layer of modelling paste on the background, and some drops of colors, but I wanted to give this layout really light, smooth and fresh look so I kept the mediums in minimun.

Instead of adding mixed media more and more, I added a lot of papers. In square shape, in triangle shape and I also gave full attention to the new die-cuts we have in our store (HERE!).

Oh the happy memories, on the happy looking layout!

Layout "Dream" - By Lilibleu

Hello everyone!!

Today, let me show you this page I created with the Aura Rosa collection that I love!! I found this beautiful picture on Pinterest and I immediately thought she would marry perfectly with the papers from this collection.

I first completely covered my background paper with Gesso Clear in order to make it entirely waterproof, before starting to work with the inks and medium.

Here is the result :

Aujourd’hui, je passe vous montrer cette page que j’ai réalisée avec la collection Aura Rosa que j’adore !! J’ai trouvé cette magnifique photo sur Pinterest et j’ai tout de suite pensé qu’elle se marierait parfaitement avec les papiers de cette collection.

J’ai dans un premier temps recouvert intégralement mon papier de fond avec du Gesso Clear pour totalement l’imperméabiliser, avant de commencer à travailler avec les encres et medium.

Voici le résultat :
